A Reiki treatment provides a peaceful opportunity to relax, turn your attention inwards and take time away from the demands of everyday life.

During your Reiki session at Caeluna, you’ll lie comfortably on your back, fully clothed, in a warm and relaxing environment. With your consent and according to your preference, I will place my hands lightly on your body or hold them just above it.

Soft, calming music helps create a tranquil atmosphere, and organic aromatherapy oils may be incorporated into your treatment.

There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply settle in, breathe naturally and allow yourself time to rest.

We will chat at the beginning to understand what you would like to gain from the treatment and after the session we will reflect on the experience.
